Official Giveaway Rules
These General Rules, together with the Current Draw Details shown below and on the entry form, govern each MapleWish weekly promotional giveaway.

1. Sponsor
The sponsor and administrator is Maple Vibe Inc., Ontario, Canada, operating MapleWish (“Sponsor”), unless a Current Draw notice identifies an additional sponsor.
2. Eligibility
Unless the Current Draw Details say otherwise, the giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory when they enter. Employees, officers and directors of Maple Vibe Inc., and people living in the same household as them, are not eligible.
3. Promotional period
Each weekly draw opens and closes at the dates and times shown in the Current Draw Details. Entries received outside that period are not eligible for that draw.
4. How to enter
Use the free MapleWish online entry form during the applicable promotional period and provide the required eligibility information. Limit one entry per person per weekly promotional period unless the Current Draw Details expressly state otherwise.
A paid leaf purchase is separate from contest entry. A purchase does not improve odds of winning.
5. Prize
The number of prizes, description and approximate retail value are shown in the Current Draw Details. Prizes are funded separately from the MapleWish direct-help allocation.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable promotional period.
7. Random selection
After the promotional period closes, Sponsor will randomly select a potential winner from all eligible entries received for that draw. Selection of a potential winner does not make that person a confirmed winner.
8. Winner confirmation
A potential winner must be reachable using the entry contact information, satisfy eligibility requirements, correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, and complete any reasonably required declaration or release before being confirmed.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, fails to respond, does not satisfy eligibility, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, or otherwise fails the Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select another potential winner.
9. Prize delivery
Sponsor will arrange delivery after winner confirmation. A prize is not transferable except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected for the giveaway is used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Marketing consent is separate and optional. See the Privacy Policy.
11. Publicity
Except where permitted by law or separately agreed, winning does not require a person to grant broad publicity rights. Sponsor may publish limited winner information where the winner separately consents or where disclosure is required to administer the contest lawfully.
12. Integrity of the giveaway
Sponsor may disqualify entries affected by fraud, automated entry, tampering, impersonation, technical abuse or a material breach of these Rules. If technical failure or events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect a draw, Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel it in a manner consistent with applicable law and fair treatment of entrants.
13. Applicable law
The giveaway is subject to applicable federal, provincial and territorial laws. These Rules do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
